The Deputy Akim of the region, Suindyk Aldashev, the Head of the Energy and Public Utilities Department of the Mangystau region Sapar Amanbekov and other Heads of regional Departments took part in the meeting.
The issue of the heating system in the region was discussed during the meeting. As noted, Sapar Amanbekov, preparations for the upcoming autumn-winter period are held in accordance with the approved schedule at large. Capital and extended overhauls are planned for 12 power units, 61 power boilers and 49 turbines for sustainable energy supply to the country's consumers in the autumn-winter period 2017 - 2018.
At the same time, the issues of fuel accumulation (coal and gas) have been raised at the meeting, touched upon the issue of arrears, as well as the issue of autonomous heating systems. Thus, local executive bodies developed plans for carrying out autonomous boiler-houses installed in violation of building codes and rules at utility facilities with the definition of options for technical solutions. It is planned to carry out the removal of more than 700 autonomous heating systems in general from 2017 to 2019.
In addition, the Head of the region in his speech noted that it is necessary to save electricity and instructed the Heads of Departments to take measures and develop plans for maximum electricity savings.
On top of all, Eraly Tugzhanov voiced the problematic issues from the region's residents at the meeting.
For example, about 30 houses are without gas in the village Atameken of the Munayli region. In turn, Akim of the Munayli district Nurlan Tazhibaev noted that at the moment the issue is at the decision stage. The PDD is being developed, as the funds for resolving this problem were allocated only in 2017. The Head of the region instructed Akim of the Munayli district to resolve this issue within one month.
The next issue concerned the late delivery of drinking water in the village of Akshukur in the Tupkaragan district. To date, pipes have been installed, but there is no water supply. Akim of the region Temirbek Asauov replied that there is water, but it is necessary to file an application, which the residents of the district do not do. So, Eraly Tugzhanov instructed to conduct explanatory work and within 10 days to resolve the issue.
